[GameMode]Las Venturas RolePlay

Las Venturas Roleplay gamemode was a project that we were creating and stopped for a while as we don't have much time to code a full Gamemode anymore. Our goal was to make a High RP Gamemode in Las Venturas with a few unique features and jobs. For now I'll be releasing the basic version, there might be a few bugs but we haven't tested the script to 100%. You may edit and add stuff to the gamemode but please don't remove our credits or don't release the gamemode claiming its yours. Except for that you may do whatever you want. There might be a few features that isn't 100% done or is commented out, you may continue them if you wish.

Why do we need to be descriptive about GMX? It already says "The Server Is Restarting To Clients"
